The establishment of APOLLO (THAILAND) Co., Ltd.
APOLLO (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. was established under the aegis of Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd and bestowed with exclusive rights to distribute Apollo and Daphne engine oil brands to Thailand's automotive market.
Increasing the authorized capital
The authorized capital was increased to 32 million baht and then to 80 million baht in 1998.
Established our first engine oil factory
Our first engine oil factory was established in Pathum Thani, Thailand, in the 2.7 acre area, with more than 100 million baht investment.
Relocating the headquarters
The headquarters was relocated to the 37th floor of Phahonyothin Place Tower.
Awarded ISO 9001:2000 Certification
The company obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification, later upgrading to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018 from SGS (Thailand) Limited.
Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony

The company has been awarded the ISO 14001:2004 certification for its Environmental Management System (EMS) by SGS (Thailand) Limited.
Adoption of Transparent Management Approach
The company has adopted Idemitsu's transparent management approach in order to comply with the requirements of J-SOX.
Awarded ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Certification
The company has been awarded the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certification for the laboratory management system, meeting the general requirements from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute.
Awarded OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification
The company has been awarded the OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System by SGS (Thailand) Limited.
Awarded ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification
The company has been awarded the ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification for its Automotive Quality Management System by SGS (Thailand) Limited.

New Logo Unveiled with Joint Venture Partner's Support
The company unveiled a new logo and brand identity with the backing of joint venture partner Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. of Japan.
The refreshed Idemitsu brand and service centers aim to innovate, deliver valuable energy solutions responsibly. The logo features the Apollo sun god symbol representing light and Japan's origins. The lowercase "idemitsu" conveys simplicity, while red evokes Japan and gray expresses brand essence.
Guided by the belief that "management stems from individuals," this rebranding reinforces commitments to innovation, sustainability and value creation.
